	25.5 GHz - 25.7 GHz (Low Orbit SIGINT/IMINT Birds)
	22.8 GHz - 33.5 GHz (SIGINT Birds)

also, 95 - 275 GHz is also used for government surveillance applications and operations, however; the usage is fairly limited.

Note: Surveillance satellite can be anywhere between 200 MHz and 325 GHz, mostly spread spectrum.
