Subject: Brands of Tubes and Good 12AX7s

It's true, different brands of 12AX7s, or any other tube, for that matter,
sound different. Usually the European tubes sound quieter and "faster" than
the American counterparts. Different numbers to try in place of the generic
12AX7 include the 6057 (ECC803S) and the 6681.
