Or at least >manufacturer or supplier? 1AD2 12-pins plate: 26,000 volts 1AX2 9-pins plate: 25,000 volts 1B3 8-pin octal plate: 30,000 volts 1G3 8-pin octal plate: 26,000 volts 1K3 8-pin octal plate: 26,000 volts 1X2A 9-pin mini plate: 18,000 volts 1X2B 9-pin mini plate: 22,000 volts 3A3 8-pin octal plate: 30,000 volts These are the more common ones but the 1X2A and 1X2B would fit right in with your needs.
