CV140  : 6AL5 (6097,6058 )
CV287  : STV70/20 ,ACT23
CV317  ?
CV400 ?
CV800 : 6AK5 (5591,6998)
CV 717 : 5R4GY ....Rectifier tube 
sorry not 12AX7,12AU7 which you wanted.
I think only CV717 is worth to buy  if It is less 7$.

 The General Electrics Essential Characteristics Manual (Available from a number
of sources) lists virtually all the CVxxxx tubes along with replacement types.
 BTW, CV4003 is the equivalent for 12AU7WA. I have some in my preamp (Mullards)
and they're great.
