Many email correspondents have written of difficulties they have had getting all the parts together to build the Simple Bat Detector. This is the best performing version of The Simple Bat Detector that can be built with currently available components. An additional feature, that is not included with the kit, is an externally adjustable sensitivity control.

Bat Detector Components Kit

Complete parts kits include all the parts needed to build the Enhanced Simple Bat Detector as seen on this web site. The front panel comes with the transducer, detuning coil, and earphone jack pre-mounted.

Bat Detector Printed Circuit Board

Only 1.5" x 2", this compact circuit board greatly eases the construction of the Simple Bat Detector. It is a high quality fiberglass board, with a silk screened component layout. The solder side is masked and tinned to aid in preventing soldering errors. This item is shipped post-paid in the U.S.
