TEAM BAT members are mountain biking!!

Each participant is encouraged and trained to ride solo within the group, while maintaining optimum control of the bicycle. They are taught to perceive their surroundings, and many TEAM BAT members use echolocation to successfully navigate and "see."

blind or visually impaired individuals looking to push the limits of what is considered traditional through participating in recreational sports

TEAM BAT upholds the belief that there are
no limits to the potentials and capabilities
 of blind people!!

The participants proudly refer to themselves as "BATS"
