Thor LDL receiver

The Thortech Receiver is similar to the Transmitter with many options available. In order for the receiver to receive LDL Transmitter signal, the Transmitter requires the use of two antennas configured for the Thortech receiver. The LDL Receiver, the model is using, has an automatic antenna tuner, below the antenna. Depending on your particular application the receiver will be custom configured to meet your requirements by our Technical staff.

Thor Long Distance Receiver

The Thor Long Distance Receiver is the companion receiver for the Thor Long Distance Transmitter. This allows a person to follow the transmitted signal, known as the "Beacon Signal," from the Transmitter antenna to the cache. Both the transmitter and receiver are a new generation type of equipment, exclusive by Thor Technology. Therefore, some of the configuration is proprietary. The configuration is accomplished by the use of a combination of two antennas. In lieu of using dowsing "L" rods, with the receiver, the transmitted signal can be followed, without straying off course. Some operators, having difficulty using dowsing rods, in lieu of triangulation, prefer the receiver. Some of Thor Technology equipment uses different frequencies where permissible, and not available in the U.S.A. except in a kit form, to be assembled by the user. Operating frequencies in the Ultra High Frequency band require smaller transmitting antenna; therefore, much easier to use.
