Von Daniken said he recalled reading somewhere that The Ark gave off
sparks, but he sure didn't read it in The Bible, I checked. The description
on how to build the Ark indicates that the gold overleaf inside and out
is to be continuous, not separated so that the wood between the layers,
the layers not joined at the edges, would make a gap, and you'd have a
capacitor or condenser or something. Nope, it wouldn't do anything
electrical at all, because nothing conductive is separated from anything
else conductive.

This was basically a way of presenting the holiness of God to the Hebrews
who had spent four generations in Egypt, where similar boxes were used
to carry arounbd idols. SInce this was not in itself an abominable way of
showing honor, such as temple prostitution or humsn sacrifice would be
abominable ways of doing so, God apparently chose to have them give HIm
honor in they way they were most used to seeing done, and that would have
the most meaning to them. See books on Tutankhamon's tomb's contents.

Now as to moving things with sound, maybe, maybe not. I recall reading
that someone did move pyramid block sized blocks and stacked them, maybe
built part of a small pyramid maybe not, using ropes, pulleys and rollers.
Someone mentioned pictures from ancient Egypt of this sort of work being
done.

But a little help now and then with some electrokinetic device might
have happened too.

The point about Raven's page, was that sounds could be caused to be heard
by a person inside their head using the stuff described, originally for
deaf people but with a certain communications and/or harassment potential
also.
