This LaTeX sty file can be used for publications in AGU Radio Science.
The original work was done by Stepehen Gildea, then modified by Harry
Shamansky. See the file for more details regarding authors, etc.

The file agursc-sample.tex shows an example of how to use the sty file 
to produce layout ready copy for AGU.
