Radiation Dosage Rate Meter

Notes:

Diode is detector. Lines from diode to detector should be shielded and grounded to EARTH GROUNDVoltage of VOUT should be tuned to be directly proportunate to dose (RADS/MINUTE) where 1Volt is 100RADS/MINUTE. Meter is rated up to 1000RAD/MIN. Calibration required. To avoid interferance, all electronics except the diode should be in a metal case that is earth grounded. I have not tested this circuit design.
