Design qualification
Temperature Cycle (Pre-test)
- Thermal cycle unit from room temperature to 175°C.
- Test for functionality prior to and post thermal cycle.
Impact Shock
- 100g @ 11ms - 3 shocks; 2 axes (X, ±Z); 9 total shocks.
Vibration
- Random vibration bandwidth 50-500Hz per the following power spectral density
profile:
- 50-80Hz @ 6db/Octave
- 80-500Hz @ 0db/Octave
- Level: 5grms
- Duration: 240 minutes/axis; 3 axes total (X,Y & Z)
- Temperature: 150°C to 10% (165°C)
- Post Test System Performance: Not to degrade more than 10%
