Design qualification

Temperature Cycle (Pre-test)

  • Thermal cycle unit from room temperature to 175°C.
  • Test for functionality prior to and post thermal cycle.

Impact Shock

  • 100g @ 11ms - 3 shocks; 2 axes (X, ±Z); 9 total shocks.

Vibration

  • Random vibration bandwidth 50-500Hz per the following power spectral density
    profile:
  • 50-80Hz @ 6db/Octave
  • 80-500Hz @ 0db/Octave
  • Level: 5grms
  • Duration: 240 minutes/axis; 3 axes total (X,Y & Z)
  • Temperature: 150°C to 10% (165°C)
  • Post Test System Performance: Not to degrade more than 10%
