YET ANOTHER XTAL RADIO PROJECT!
- P=5 wraps on a 2 inch former
- S=12 wraps on the former
- D1= detector
- P=phones
- construction :
- first we will wrap the secondary. 12 turns then you will make a tap. then wrap back over the secondary with 5 wraps making shure that you do not reverse the windings keep them going in the same direction but over the secondary! you can hook up the antenna to A1 or A2 try try them one at a time and tune slowly. or try hooking up 2 antennas and see what happens? you can try also to disconect the ground connection with the short waves it is not as important to have a ground hookup. so try switching the ground on and off see wich is better for you!
