Normal delivery via air mail. When you which delivery via slow and low-priced mail by ship/train, make a notice on order form. Transfer via mail by ship/train can last up to 30 days!

• The postage depends on packet size or small parcel size and weight and country of destination. (Possible delivery variants: Letter at small quantities or small volume, parcel, packet.)

• Deliveries into some countries are insured automatically. Deliveries into other countries must be insured extra (USA, Canada, Australia, etc).
  Deliveries into some countries can not be insured.
  When you order , I inform you whether the product is insurable. Make a notice on order form, when you wish a delivery insurance.

Packing

• For each delivery as parcel or packet $ 1.50 US (1.50 E) additional. On delivery as mail (letter) no additional packaging costs.

Cash (money in mail)

• No additional cost for you, except you send the mail as registered or certified letter.

Bank transfer

• Your bank can possibly calculate additional charges for transfer to German banks.

Western Union

• When you order via "Western Union", additional charges arise for you. Ask your Western Union agent.

Cash on delivery

• When you order via "cash on delivery" (only inside most "European Union" countries) additional charges of $ 8.00 US arise for you.

Customs

• Think of possible customs charges you may be additionally required to pay.

• Paeckchen bis 2 kg, ohne Versicherung: (keine Nachnahme moeglich)
  Porto 7,20 DM (3.68 E).
  
• Packet (nicht Paeckchen) bis 4Kg:
  Porto: 11,-- DM (5,62 E), inklusive Versicherung.

Verpackung: Pro Lieferung bei Packet oder Paeckchen 3,00 DM (1,53 E) zusaetzlich.

Wenn Sie per Nachnahme bestellen: Lieferform nur als Brief (Porto 3,00 DM (1,53 E)) oder Packet (Porto 11,00 DM (5,62E)) moeglich. Zusaetzliche Nachnahme-Kosten: 10,00 DM (5.01 E).
