Product Reviews
We currently have all of the Product Review columns from 1980 to the present available. Earlier issues will be added as time permits. (A listing of all product reviews from 1965 to the present is available in the TIS area.)
Product Review columns and test reports are available in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) files. [NB: Many of these files are large -- up to several megabytes.] To view and print these files, you'll need a copy of Adobe's free Acrobat Reader program. (Version 3.0 or later required.)
Since 1996, the ARRL Lab has been making expanded test-result reports available for selected reviewed items. These reports are also available as PDF files, as shown in the listings by manufacturer and by issue.
The ARRL Lab Test Procedures Manual describes the test methods used by the ARRL Lab for Product Review testing. It is available as a PDF file (testproc.pdf [1,509,134 bytes]).
Short Takes
All Short Takes columns from their inception date of January, 2000 are available.
