Q: How do I get my company listed in your FAQ?
A: Very simple, send me information on your offering and where it fits in
(context-sensitive feedbacks are provided on most pages, if possible please use them)
and you will be added in the next release IF:
- If your product, service, or offering is within the reach of a general reader
(so $5K soldering stations or monitor testers are out but a source of VCR PS
repair kits is ok, etc)
- If you have a low (under $50) minimum order
- If you do not require a Business License or Tax Id for ordering (even if some
chemicals you list do)
When sending me information, please include:
- Full address, telephone numbers
- Internet presence (email, WWW, and FTP)
- Ordering details (for example: can people order from outside the USA, what is a
ball-park shipping+handling charge (for USA and Canada), do you have a non-800 number (FAX?)
for international calls, your minimum order, can people pay some service charge if they
order less than minimum order, do you offer data-sheets on components, etc.)
- Where (what URL, chapter, section) do you wish your information to be included
- If these questions would be best answered with a flyer/catalog/info packet, my
address can be obtained from me via [e-mail].
- Note: An active WWW link will be provided if your pages at least attempt
to support text browsers. I always review a site before inclusion because, looking
at the statistics, about half of my readers either have only text browsers or surf
the Web with image-loading turned off (to maximize content-to-fluff ratio :-)
