There are two most common errors that can appear:

1)      "BLASTER-Ervironment-Variable not found!"
Solution: Add Blaster variable to your C:\Autoexec.bat (see instructions below)

2)     "Soundcard Interrupt is not working with this Program"
        "Program will be stopped !!! Hit any key to continue"
Solution: a) In some cases there is a need to add or to correct the Blaster-
                  variable in your C:\Autoexec.bat (see instructions below)
              b) Change sound card: If possible then use original Creative Labs Sound card
 
 

++++++++++    How  to  Add / Correct BLASTER-Environment-Variable.  ++++++++++

- Start your computer, run WIN95
- Press "Start" button
- Go to "Programs", go to "MS-DOS".
- Type at the DOS-Prompt

    c:\Windows>SET   <return>

- Now a list of settings appears
- Look for a line which reads BLASTER=xxxx xx xx xx xxxx xx
- Get a pen and carefully note this line.
- Go into root directory by typing

    c:\Windows>cd..   <return>

Add the BLASTER-Ervironment-Variable to the top of
your Autoexec.bat file as follows:

-Type

    c:\>edit autoexec.bat   <return>

This starts a text editor, showing the contents of autoexec.bat.
-Move the cursor into upper left corner,
-hit the return-Key.
-At the top of the file a new, empty, line will appear.
-Enter the "SET <and noted line>" in this empty line so that it reads

    SET BLASTER=xxxx xx xx xx xxxx xx

-Save the autoexec.bat file
-Exit the editor
-Reboot your computer
-Run the Morse Decoder.
 

Example:
Most common used Blaster Variable is:
SET BLASTER=A220 I5 D1 P330 T6

For experimenters:
T6 can be changed to T5 or T4 or T3 or T2 or T1     (Type of Soundcard)
I5 can be chnaged to other numbers I7, I10, I11, or other  (Interrrupt number IRQ)
