      Leslie Wayne Kreis, a company co-founder, has served as Chairman, President and CEO since its founding in 1993. He has twenty-five (25) years experience in the petroleum industry ranging from land, legal, prospect development/promotion, drilling, completion, production, plugging, advanced refining, and reserve sales. Mr. Kreis has specialized in high technology developments in the oil and gas industry such as downhole hydrogen/oxygen steam generators for secondary oil recovery and skid mounted portable mixed alcohol plants to market natural gas eliminating pipelines and enhancing gas values. Mr. Kreis is managing partner of Lone Star Energy Investments, a principal stockholder in the Company. Mr. Kreis received his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Texas School of Law.

      Nikki Pattillo Renz, a company co-founder,has served as Executive Vice President and Director since its founding in 1993. She has been engaged in the oil and gas industry for twenty-three (23) years being experienced in such areas as state and federal onshore oil and gas regulation, oil and gas accounting, exploration and drilling cost control, and investor relations. She is a partner in Lone Star Energy Investments, a principal stockholder in the Company. Ms. Renz graduated from Sul Ross State University with a BBA in Business Education.

      Christopher B. Corley is a 1975 graduate of Texas Tech University with a BA in Political Science. Mr. Corley has eighteen (18) years experience in the oil and gas industry, primarily in the Permian Basin of West Texas. Mr. Corley trained under his dad, retired District Landman for H.L. Hunt. He has been responsible for lease negotiations, title curing, ownership take-offs, rental payments, drilling permits, division orders, farmouts and farmins, operating agreements and AFE's. He has been instrumental in generating his own oil and gas prospects and has supervised well completions, production facilities, and pumpers. Mr. Corley will be responsible for coordinating the LIDAR exploration projects and the acquisition of oil and gas leases for the Company.

      Adam Praisnar, Jr. is a petroleum engineering graduate of Texas A&M University. Mr. Praisnar began his career in the petroleum industry with Chevron Oil Company in the Permian Basin of West Texas. For the last fifteen (15) years he has been a consulting petroleum engineer for major and independent oil and gas companies. A specialist in drilling, completion, production, and reserve evaluations, Mr. Praisnar will assist the Company in such areas and be responsible for its field operations and reserve evaluations.

      Randall J. McAlister received a BS from Illinois State University and a MS from Northern Illinois University; both in Industrial Education. He was a high school teacher in Chicago's NW suburbs for three (3) years. The next ten (10) years he served as a USAF commissioned officer logging over 2,000 hours in B-52's as a Navigator/Radar Navigator and was a Captain at the time of his honorable discharge. For the past (4) years, Mr. McAlister has been employed as a securities salesman for Nike Securities L.P.

Technical Advisory Board

      Dr. Loren Nelson, a co-inventor of the patented LIDAR technology, is President of OPHIR Corporation and a principal in Chimera Geophysical Corporation. Since 1980 Dr. Nelson has been engaged in advanced hydrocarbon detection technologies and in particular, airborne sensing of hydrocarbon gas microseeps utilizing lasers. OPHIR Corporation, co-founded by Dr. Nelson, is a leading technology company in the U.S. in remote sensing technology. Dr. Nelson holds several patents in atmospheric sensing technologies.

      Dr. Thomas Gold is a world recognized authority on radiophysics and astronomy. He was a participating developer of radar for the British government during World War II. He was Cambridge and Harvard educated and founded the Radiophysics and Astronomy Department at Cornell University. Dr. Gold is a recognized authority on the abiogenic origin of oil and gas with many years experience in surface gas microseepage detection. Dr. Gold is considered by Russian earth scientists as the leading authority in earth science.

      Dr. Paul Crawford is a world recognized authority in petroleum engineering and economics. Dr. Crawford was the long time Associate Director of The Texas Petroleum Research Committee, the technological and economic research arm of the Texas Railroad Commission. Dr. Crawford teaches petroleum engineering at Texas A&M University and lectures on petroleum engineering subjects all over the world.

      Dr. Charles Woodruff, Jr. received his Ph.D. in geology from the University of Texas in 1973. He was head research geologist with the Texas Bureau of Economic Geology from 1972-83 and has been an independent geological consultant in Austin, Texas since 1983. Dr. Woodruff is considered an expert in landsat lineament analysys, hydrology, and energy resources.

      Mr. A. V. Gallagher is founder and President of Gallagher Research and Development Company, Inc., Lakewood, Colorado. Mr. Gallagher is an internationally respected expert in geochemical oil and gas exploration having worked during his earlier years as a subsurface geologist and geophysicist with major oil and gas companies. He is credited with the discovery of several large oil and gas fields worldwide. Gallagher Research and Development Company, Inc. will be employed by the Company to conduct geochemical hydrocarbon soil samples on all LIDAR identified microseeps to confirm hydrocarbon leakage.
