Latest 24 hour update

For the past several months we have been detecting and recording an unknown
signal which has a center frequency close to .93735 hz. For a period of time
consisting of several weeks in January, this signal was transmitted daily except
Saturday and Sunday at 10:00 hrs UT plus or minus a few minutes. There have
been no explanations for this anomaly. It had been speculated that an unknown
object possibly may be in orbit around the moon causing the signals however
the regular timing of  these transmissions with no signal on the weekends made
this situation unlikely.

This scenario has changed. The signal has  progressively day by day changed
in time and strength. The pic below is an analysis of the frequency content on
February 12th, 1999, starting at 11:00 hrs UT and ending at 12:30 hrs UT.  A
complete update is in progress and will be posted as soon as possible.

The .9 hz signal has a center frequency of .93745 hz and is strong enough to
generate it's third harmonic which is shown on the graph as 2.81235 hz. You will
notice side bands on both sides of the .9 hz signal which indicates there is a
frequency deviation such as is used in FM or frequency modulation. This
bandwidth range is from .85 to 1.05 hz.  The other frequency indicated by the
blue color is centered at .015 hz which has a period of 66.06 seconds.  This
could be caused by a number of events such as seismic movement, volcano
activity, or magnetic field action from cosmic events.  The next graph below
is an expanded view of the signal in question.

Note the duration of the burst which is 64 minutes. Also please notice at the
start of the transmission the signal has a very quick rise time and a slower decay
at the end. This may indicate an artificial  source.

This is  low pass filtered to eliminate all signals above .1hz and graphically shows
the influence of the earths magnetic field and the currents which it induces through
the earth.  This  tracks very well with the magnetometers placed in various locations
around the planet especially those in the northern area.

All of the above graphs were processed from the data shown in this picture.  This
particular trace is low pass filtered to eliminate frequencies above 15 hertz.
